Cancellation Policy

In order to effectively treat your condition, you are expected to attend all therapy sessions you have scheduled. We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for all cancellations. We give patients 1 “freebie”. If you cancel 2 or more appointments with less than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to assess a $50 cancellation fee per missed visit. All patients are required to keep a credit card on file to secure appointments. If the patient is able to re-schedule the appointment for later in the week, no fee will be assessed providing that the patient attends the make-up session. Be aware that cancellations affect not only your care, but that of others. Time slots are reserved to help you meet your therapy goals, and therefore, unavailable to others. A cancellation denies you the chance to get better, and possibly another patient who could have used that time. If you have any difficulty scheduling appointments, please let your physical therapist know so we may help accommodate your needs.
